Refund and Return Policy 

MÍTICO CYCLING COFFEE – REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Mítico coffee and gear. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully, as coffee (perishable) and apparel/accessories (non-perishable) have different guidelines.

1. Coffee & Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on coffee. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there was an error with your order, or if you received the wrong roast/grind, please contact us at [info@miticocyclingcoffee.com] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement.

2. Apparel, Gear & Accessories (Non-Perishable)

For non-perishable items (cycling apparel, mugs, equipment), you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded and are considered Final Sale.
