MÍTICO CYCLING COFFEE – SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at miticocyclingcoffee.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during product launches or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship from our fulfillment center in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Southeast Zone (FL, GA, AL, MS, NC, SC, TN): 2–4 business days.
Central / East Zone: 3–5 business days.
West Coast & Mountain Zone: 4–7 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: 5–10 business days.
Standard shipping is handled via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
3. Free Shipping Promotion
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $100.00 USD.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mitico Cycling Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: This applies primarily to future international shipments.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team at [info@miticocyclingcoffee.com] within 5 days of the delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
